Bihar ITICAT Counselling 2025: Registration, Choice Filling & Document Verification The Bihar ITICAT (ITI-CAT) 2025 Counselling process has officially started on the BCECEB portal. All qualified candidates can now complete their online registration and choice filling for admission into various ITI trades across Bihar government and private institutes. The counselling registration started on 17 July 2025 and will close on 24 July 2025. Candidates must log in to bceceboard.bihar.gov.in to fill their choices and download their seat allotment letter once declared. To complete the admission process, candidates need to carry important documents like the ITICAT Admit Card, 10th marksheet, Bihar domicile certificate, caste/EWS certificate, and medical fitness certificate. Based on merit and preference, seat allotment will be done in multiple rounds including mop-up counselling.
