To further empower our customers, we offer a simple and transparent way to request data deletion. If at any point a customer wishes to have their submitted files and chat records removed from our system, they can simply send the command delete_chat via WhatsApp. Upon receiving this command:
All associated media files uploaded by the customer will be permanently deleted from our website’s media directory.
All related chat records and personal data stored in our database will be securely removed.
Please note: This action only affects the data stored on our server. Messages and media on the customer’s WhatsApp device will remain unless deleted manually by the customer.
