After submission and opt-in, we send a WhatsApp template message with confirmation and a secure payment link
We request necessary supporting documents in the same message
Upon payment confirmation, we accept the request and begin filling the user’s form
All follow-ups and updates are done via WhatsApp
The user may send delete_chat
at any time to instantly delete their data and uploaded files from our system
This system is designed to protect user privacy and meet Meta’s WhatsApp platform policies.
We use the official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta to contact users. Communication rules:
WhatsApp messages are only sent after user opt-in via checkbox, or if the user initiates contact
The first message is always an approved template
We only send follow-up messages after the user replies, and within Meta’s 24-hour session window
We do not send bulk messages, advertisements, or use WhatsApp for unsolicited communication
If your selected service includes a fee:
You will receive a WhatsApp message with a link to a secure external payment page
That page includes a UPI QR code and full payment breakdown
We do not store or process your card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials
We store and log the following when you submit the form:
Name and mobile number
Timestamp of submission
Checkbox status confirming WhatsApp opt-in
This helps us demonstrate that we received clear and informed consent before initiating any communication.
You can delete your chat and data at any time through two methods:
A. Via WhatsApp:
Send the message delete_chat
at any time. Once received, our system will immediately delete all your chat records and uploaded documents from our servers.
B. Via Email:
Email us at [your email] with a deletion request. We will manually remove all associated information and confirm with you.
We retain your information only as long as required to:
Complete your requested service
Provide post-service support
Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
If you withdraw consent or request deletion, we will promptly delete your information from our systems.
