By submitting a service request form on our website and checking the WhatsApp opt-in checkbox, you ("the user") agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These govern communication, data handling, payments, and the use of our WhatsApp-based services provided by Nafish Communication.
Nafish Communication provides assistance in filling and submitting official government forms, applications, and certificates on behalf of users. This service is manual, non-automated, and begins only after receiving complete information, documents, and confirmed payment from the user.
By checking the WhatsApp opt-in checkbox on our form:
You give us permission to contact you on WhatsApp for service-related updates
The first message is sent using a Meta-approved template only after consent
Further WhatsApp chat takes place only after you reply to the initial message
We strictly follow Meta’s 24-hour session messaging rule and privacy standards
We do not use WhatsApp to send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited messages.
To ensure transparency, every user follows these steps before we begin WhatsApp communication:
You select a service on our website
You fill in a request form with your name, mobile number, state, and district
You check the required WhatsApp opt-in checkbox
Upon submission, you receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp (template)
If you reply, we continue the conversation
We ask for supporting documents (if required)
We send you a secure payment link
Once documents and payment are received, we prepare the form
Before final submission, we send you a preview of the form for review
We submit the final form only after you confirm that the details are correct
We keep communicating with you for any updates or additional instructions
If the service requires payment:
A secure payment link will be shared via WhatsApp
The payment page displays your name, the service name, and the total fee (including government form fee + our service charge)
Payments are accepted only through UPI by scanning a QR code
We do not collect or store any card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking credentials
No payments are processed inside WhatsApp directly
Documents are requested only after your WhatsApp reply and consent
Used only for the specific form or service you requested
Not reused for any other purpose
Documents are stored securely and deleted:
By us within 7 days of form submission, or
Immediately if you send delete_chat
on WhatsApp
You may request deletion of your data and documents at any time by:
Sending the command delete_chat
via WhatsApp, which deletes your chat and uploads instantly
Emailing us at [your email] for manual data deletion
Once deleted, we do not retain any user records.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We:
Use your data only to complete the requested form or application
Do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing or analytics
Follow strict internal data protection and file retention rules
Provide full details in our Privacy Policy
Before submitting any form or application, we:
Send a preview of your filled form for you to check
Wait for your WhatsApp confirmation
Proceed with final submission only after your approval
This ensures full transparency and accuracy in your application.
As a user, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Upload correct and legal documents
Make payments only via the secure QR payment page
Cooperate during the process and respond to our confirmation requests
Not misuse or attempt to bypass our platform or API usage
Refunds are only provided under these conditions:
If your form could not be submitted due to technical or platform issues on our side
If you made payment but did not share any required document or information within 48 hours
Once the form is submitted, no refund is available under any circumstance.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our service or in accordance with Meta’s policies. Users will be informed of significant changes, and the latest version will always be available at the URL below.
