Age Limit

1. for Engineering/Non-Engineering Courses:

• Minimum Age: 16 years as of 1st July 2025.
• Maximum Age: There is no upper age limit specified for these courses.

2. For Para Medical Courses (like Medical Lab Technician, etc.):

• Minimum Age: 17 years as of 1st July 2025.
• Maximum Age: 30 years (for General Category) and 33 years (for reserved categories like SC/ST) as of 1st July 2025.

3. For Agriculture Courses:

• Minimum Age: 17 years as of 1st July 2025.
• Maximum Age: 22 years (for General Category) and 25 years (for reserved categories) as of 1st July 2025.

1. for Engineering/Non-Engineering Courses:

· Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th standard (Matriculation) from a recognized board with at least 35% marks in aggregate.

· Subjects Required: Mathematics and Science (Physics and Chemistry).

·  Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 16 years as of 1st July 2025.
• No upper age limit.

2. Non-Engineering Courses (Diploma in Non-Engineering)

· Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th standard (Matriculation) from a recognized board with at least 35% marks in aggregate.

·  Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 16 years as of 1st July 2025.
• No upper age limit

3. Para-Medical Courses (Diploma in Medical-related Fields)

· Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th standard (Matriculation) from a recognized board with at least 40% marks.

·  Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 17 years as of 1st July 2025.
• Maximum Age: 30 years for General Category, and 33 years for SC/ST candidates as of 1st July 2025.

4. Agriculture Courses (Diploma in Agriculture and Related Fields)

· Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed the 10th standard (Matriculation) with at least 35% marks in aggregate.

·  Age Limit:

• Minimum Age: 17 years as of 1st July 2025.
• Maximum Age: 22 years for General Category, and 25 years for SC/ST candidates as of 1st July 2025.

2. Register Online

• Look for the "Apply Online" link or the DCECE 2025 Application Form link on the homepage.
• Create an account by registering with your basic details, such as:
  • Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
• You’ll receive login credentials (username and password) for further steps.

3. Fill in the Application Form

• After successful registration, log in using the credentials provided.
• Fill in the application form with the necessary personal and educational details, including:
  • Candidate’s Name
  • Father’s Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Gender
  • Educational Qualification
  • Category (General/SC/ST/EBC/BC)

· Answering Method: Candidates will mark their answers on an OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) sheet using a black or blue ballpoint pen.

  • Physics: 50 questions
  • Chemistry: 50 questions
  • Total: 150 questions
