Important Dates

Application Fee  (Per Paper)

• General Candidates: ₹600/-
• SC / ST Candidates: ₹555/- (with caste certificate)
• 👉 The fee is to be paid via Demand Draft in favour of:
  “The Commandant, RIMC Fund”, payable at HDFC Bank, Ballupur Chowk, Dehradun (Code-1399).

• Service Charge : Rs 100 (if you hire us to Apply) We Can Only Demand Application for At Your Behalf.

Eligibility – RIMC Admission July 2026 Term

• Age Limit:
  • Minimum: 11½ years
  • Maximum: 13 years
  • Candidates must be born between 02 July 2013 and 01 January 2015 (both dates inclusive).
  • No relaxation in age limit is allowed.
• Educational Qualification:
  • Candidate must be studying in Class VII or must have passed Class VII from a recognized school as of 1st July 2026.
• Gender: Admission is open to both Boys and Girls.

Documents Required – RIMC Admission July 2026 Term

1. Filled-in Application Form (in duplicate, only official RIMC-issued form with hologram is valid).
2. Demand Draft (₹600/- for General, ₹555/- for SC/ST).
3. Caste Certificate (for SC/ST candidates claiming fee concession).
4. Recent Passport Size Photograph(s) (as specified in the form).
5. Date of Birth Certificate (proof of age – Birth Certificate issued by competent authority).
6. Class VII School Certificate / Bonafide certificate (showing the student is studying/passed Class VII).
7. Address Details (clearly typed/written in CAPITAL LETTERS with Pin code and contact number).

Important:

• Locally printed/photocopied forms will be rejected.
• Forms without RIMC hologram (seal) will not be accepted.
• No responsibility will be taken by RIMC for postal delays or incomplete addresses.

For Tamil Nadu candidates, the process is:

1. Obtain the official RIMC application form (with hologram) along with the prospectus (by Demand Draft or through the official online link).
2. Fill the application form carefully (in duplicate).
3. Attach required documents (DOB certificate, Class VII certificate, caste certificate if applicable, photographs, etc.).
4. Prepare the Demand Draft for the fee (₹600 for General, ₹555 for SC/ST).
5. Send the filled-in application form + DD + documents to:

👉 The application must reach TNPSC office on or before 15th October 2025 (5:45 PM).
