Eligible candidates can apply online from 28th August 2025 to 27th September 2025 at the official website www.aai.aero . This is a golden opportunity for engineering graduates to join AAI, a Mini Ratna Category-I PSU under the Government of India.

Educational Qualification (Through GATE)

  1. Junior Executive (Architecture): Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture + Registration with Council of Architecture. (GATE Paper Code – AR)
  2. Junior Executive (Civil): BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. (GATE Paper Code – CE)
  3. Junior Executive (Electrical): BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. (GATE Paper Code – EE)
  4. Junior Executive (Electronics): BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Telecom/Electrical with specialization in Electronics. (GATE Paper Code – EC)
  5. Junior Executive (IT): BE/B.Tech in CS/CE/IT/Electronics OR MCA. (GATE Paper Code – CS)

Candidates must have qualified GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting based on GATE 2023 / 2024 / 2025 score
  2. Application Verification of documents
  3. Final Merit List preparation on GATE Score
  4. Medical fitness test & background verification

(For Junior Executive Electronics – 6 months training + Surety Bond of ₹7 Lakhs for 3 years service post-training.)

 

Documents Required for AAI Junior Executive 2025

At the time of Application Verification, candidates must produce original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies. Here’s the complete checklist:

  1. Educational Certificates & Mark Sheets – Proof of eligibility (10th, 12th, Degree, MCA etc. as applicable).
  2. Valid GATE Score Card (for GATE 2023 / 2024 / 2025 in relevant paper).
  3. Proof of Date of Birth – Matriculation / Secondary Examination Certificate.
  4. Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable) –
    • SC / ST Certificate (issued on or before 27.09.2025).
    • OBC (NCL) Certificate (issued during FY 2025-26 in proper Govt. of India format).
    • EWS Certificate (valid for FY 2025-26).
    • Disability Certificate (PwBD, issued on or before 27.09.2025).
  5. Identity Proof – Aadhaar Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License.
  6. Passport Size Photographs – Recent (not more than 3 months old).
  7. Signature (Scanned Copy) – As per format in online application.
  8. No Objection Certificate (NOC) – For candidates working in Govt./PSU/Autonomous bodies.
  9. Ex-Servicemen – Discharge Certificate.
  10. Apprentice Certificate – For AAI Apprentices claiming fee exemption.
