Graduation (Bachelor’s degree) from a recognized university with at least 6 months of training in:

  • Computer for Office Automation
  • Bookkeeping
  • Word Processing
  • The training must be from a recognized institution.
  1. Second Class Graduate with:
    • A Diploma in Computer recognized by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

 Typing Speed Requirement:

  • English: Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (wpm)
  • Hindi: Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
