Educational Qualification

    • Identity proof (Aadhaar / Voter ID / Passport)
    • Recent caste certificate (for reserved categories, issued 2024–25)
    • Domicile certificate (if applicable)

    • Signature (JPEG, 10–20 KB)

While Filling the Form

  1. Fill details carefully; no major corrections allowed after final submission.
  2. Upload photo & signature as per size and resolution guidelines.
  3. Pay the application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
  4. Download and save the payment receipt.

After Submission

  1. Print the filled form and keep a copy for future reference.

  • OTR (One-Time Registration) is a new system introduced by the Uttar Pradesh Police Recruitment & Promotion Board (UPPRPB) from 31 July 2025.
  • It’s a permanent digital profile containing your personal, educational, and identification details.
  • Once created, you can apply for multiple UP Police recruitments without refilling the same details each time.

Why is OTR Mandatory This Year?

  • The UP SI 2025 application form can only be filled after you have completed OTR.
  • Your OTR number will be linked to your recruitment applications.
  • It reduces errors and makes document verification faster.

How to Complete OTR

  1. Visit the official OTR portal at uppbpb.gov.in.
  2. Click on the OTR Registration link.
  3. Enter:
    • Full Name (as per 10th certificate)
    • Date of Birth
    • Mobile Number & Email ID (must be active)
    • Aadhaar Number or other valid ID proof
  4. Upload:
    • Passport-size photo (JPEG, 20–50 KB)
    • Signature (JPEG, 10–20 KB)
  5. Create a strong password and submit.
  6. Note down your OTR ID — it will be required for the SI application form.
