• Farmer Producer Organizations (FPO)
• Farmer Producer Companies (FPC)

• PACS

For SMAM-Custom Hiring Centre (CHC)

The portal lists:

• Progressive Farmers
• JEEViKA SHG/VO/CLF
• Farmer Interest Groups formed by ATMA
• Farmers Clubs associated with NABARD/Nationalized Banks
• FPO/FPC
• Self Help Groups

For SMAM-Special Custom Hiring Centre (SCHC)

Documents Required

The exact documents can vary according to the component and applicant type. Applicants should keep the following information/documents ready where applicable:

• Bihar Farmer Registration Number (Kisan Card)

• Updated land receipt / LPC / Jamabandi, where applicable

Bihar Farmer Registration Requirement

For agricultural department online schemes, Bihar farmers generally need a valid 13-digit Farmer Registration ID.

The Bihar Agriculture DBT portal states that:

• Farmer registration is available to Bihar farmers aged 18 years or above.
• The farmer's mobile number should be linked with Aadhaar.
• An active bank account is required.
• Farmer registration is free.
• After registration, the 13-digit registration number can be used for online applications.
• OTP is required for online applications.

For the mechanisation components involving organisations such as SHGs, FPOs, FIGs or PACS, the relevant organisation registration process on OFMAS may also be required.

How to Apply Online for Bihar Farm Mechanisation 2026-27

Eligible applicants can apply through the official OFMAS portal.

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

Open the Bihar Agriculture Department's Online Farm Mechanization Application Software (OFMAS).

Step 2: Select the Appropriate Application

Depending on your eligibility, select the relevant option such as:

• Agricultural machinery subsidy
• SMAM-Custom Hiring Centre
• SMAM-Special Custom Hiring Centre
• SMAM-Farm Machinery Bank
• SMAM-Krishi Drone Custom Hiring Centre

Step 3: Registration

For applicable organisations, complete the required registration on the OFMAS portal before applying.

Step 4: Enter Registration Details

Enter the required Farmer/Organisation Registration ID and other requested information.

Choose the eligible machinery or equipment according to the selected scheme/component.

Step 6: Upload/Enter Required Details

Provide the required documents and information as instructed by the portal.

After successful submission, download or print the application acknowledgement for future reference.

How To Apply      Bihar Polytechnic 2026 (DCECE)

• Visit the official website of Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board
• Click on “DCECE 2026 Apply Online”
• Register with email ID and mobile number
• Fill personal and educational details
• Upload photo and signature
• Pay the application fee online
• Submit the form and download confirmation page

3. Confirmation के बाद: यदि आप “हाँ – प्रक्रिया शुरू करें” चुनते हैं, तो आपको WhatsApp पर एक दूसरा message मिलेगा जिसमें आवश्यक supporting documents और payment की जानकारी दी जाएगी।

4. Documents & Payment: आप आवश्यक documents WhatsApp पर भेज सकते हैं और दिए गए सुरक्षित payment link के माध्यम से UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) आदि से भुगतान कर सकते हैं।

5. Application Process: Payment की पुष्टि होने के बाद हमारी टीम आपकी request स्वीकार करके form भरने और submit करने की प्रक्रिया शुरू करेगी।

6. Request Cancel करने पर: यदि आप confirmation के समय “नहीं – अनुरोध रद्द करें” चुनते हैं, तो आपकी request automatically delete कर दी जाएगी और आपको WhatsApp पर इसकी सूचना दे दी जाएगी।
