Bihar Farmer Id Registration 2026 : Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be a resident of Bihar.
  • Applicant must be a farmer (किसान) – owner, share-cropper, or cultivator.
  • Minimum age: 18 years.
  • Applicant must have agricultural land in Bihar or be officially involved in farming.
  • Aadhaar card is mandatory and should be linked with mobile number.
  • Applicant should have a valid mobile number for OTP verification.
  • Applicant must have a bank account (for DBT benefits).
  • Land records such as Jamabandi / Khata / Khesra should be available for verification.
  • Farmer should not be registered with incorrect or duplicate details in earlier records.
  • Both male and female farmers are eligible.

How to  Bihar Farmer Id Registration 2026

Method 1: Through Government Camp (Easy & Recommended)

  1. Go to your nearest Panchayat Bhawan / Farmer ID Camp.
  2. Carry your Aadhaar card, land documents, and mobile phone.
  3. The staff will do Aadhaar e-KYC (OTP / biometric).
  4. Your land details (Jamabandi / Khesra) will be verified.
  5. After verification, your Farmer ID will be generated.
  6. You will receive a confirmation message on your mobile.

  3. Enter Aadhaar number & mobile number.
  4. Verify by OTP.
  5. Fill personal details & land details.
  6. Submit the form.
