Eligibility Criteria for IBPS RRB 14th Recruitment 2025 (CRP RRBs XIV):

Educational Qualification & Age Limit

1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose / Clerk)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Skills: Proficiency in the local language + computer knowledge desirable.
• Age Limit: 18 – 28 years (Born between 02.09.1997 and 01.09.2007).

2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager / PO)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Skills: Preference to candidates with agriculture, horticulture, forestry, animal husbandry, agri-engineering, law, economics, IT, or accountancy.
• Age Limit: 18 – 30 years.

3. Officer Scale-II (Manager)

(i) General Banking Officer)

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks + 2 years banking experience.
• Age: 21 – 32 years.

(ii) Specialist Officers

• Information Technology Officer – Bachelor’s in Electronics / Communication / Computer Science / IT + 1 year exp.
• Chartered Accountant – CA + 1 year exp.
• Law Officer – Degree in Law + 2 years exp.
• Treasury Manager – CA or MBA (Finance).
• Marketing Officer – MBA (Marketing).
• Agricultural Officer – Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture / Dairy / Forestry / Veterinary / Agri Engineering etc.
• Age Limit: 21 – 32 years.

4. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 50% marks.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as an Officer in a Bank/Financial Institution.
• Age Limit: 21 – 40 years.

Age Relaxation (as per Govt. rules)

• SC/ST: +5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): +3 years
• PwBD: +10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: as per IBPS norms

Documents to Upload During Online Application

1. Passport Size Photograph – Recent, colored, as per IBPS guidelines.
2. Signature – Scanned, black ink, in prescribed size.
3. Left Thumb Impression – On white paper with black/blue ink.
4. Handwritten Declaration – In applicant’s own handwriting, scanned & uploaded.

(Declaration text will be provided in the notification; it usually states that all information provided is correct.)

Documents Required at Exam / Interview Stage

1. Admit Card / Call Letter (downloaded from IBPS portal).
2. Photo ID Proof (any one):
   • Aadhaar Card
   • Voter ID
   • PAN Card
   • Passport
   • Driving License
3. Photocopy of ID Proof (same as the one carried in original).

Documents Required at the Time of Joining / Provisional Allotment

1. Educational Certificates
   • Class 10th / 12th Marksheet & Certificate
   • Graduation Degree & Marksheet (compulsory)
   • Additional qualification certificates (for Specialist Officers).
2. Caste/Category Certificates (if applicable)
   • SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) certificate in prescribed format.
   • EWS certificate (if applicable).
   • PwBD certificate issued by a competent medical authority.
3. Experience Certificates (for Scale-II & Scale-III posts, where required).
4. Domicile / Local Language Proficiency Proof (10th/12th certificate or school leaving certificate showing study of local language, OR declaration from competent authority).
5. No Objection Certificate (NOC) – For candidates working in Govt./PSU.
6. Ex-Servicemen Certificate – If applicable.
