| Zonal Head (Retail) | Candidates must be Graduates from a Government-recognized university or institution and possess an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. They must also hold any one of the following certifications: CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, along with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. |
| Regional Head (RH) | Candidates must be Graduates from a Government-recognized university or institution and possess an MBA in Banking, Finance, or Marketing with at least 60% marks from a recognized university/institution. They must also hold any one of the following certifications: CFP, CFA, NISM V-A, NISM Investment Advisor, or NISM 21-A, along with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience. |

They must also possess any one of the following certifications: CA, CFP, CFA, NISM Investment Advisor, NISM Research Analyst, or NISM Series 21-A, along with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. |
